Hi! My name is Eric Clark and i am a fashion designer based in Atlanta, Georgia. I was born in Detroit Michigan but at the age of 2, my family moved to Atlanta Ga due to our apartment catching on fire and there, (Atlanta Ga) I was raised. Shout out to my city!!  My journey into the world of fashion is anything but ordinary. In 2019, I experienced a life-changing moment when a football accident left me paralyzed from the neck down. Doctors told me I would never walk again, a devastating blow to my dream of playing in the NFL. They even told me it could take up to 2 years to see any movement return. BUT GOD...

 Five years later, against all odds, I made a remarkable comeback and am now walking again. This journey not only reignited my spirit but also led me to discover my true passion: fashion design. While recovering in the hospital, I began exploring my creative side and found solace in fashion. It was a way to express myself during a challenging time, and I realized it was my new purpose.

Before diving into fashion, I honed my artistic skills by painting on shoes. This passion evolved into my clothing brand, 1111, which I launched in early 2021. I love incorporating my painting techniques into my designs, creating unique pieces that tell a story.

Currently, I’m a junior at SCAD Atlanta, where I’m refining my craft and exploring new horizons in fashion design. Each piece I create is a reflection of resilience and creativity, inspired by my journey and the world around me.
